Princess Carolyn thinks for a moment as Mr. Peanutbutter's lawn is destroyed by the fire, and she comes up with the false story that Mr. Peanutbutter got rid of the lawn and replaced it with drought-resistant landscaping. Not only is he constantly positive, but he is also a bonehead who has difficulty understanding metaphors or puns. Before ending the call, Diane makes Mr. Peanutbutter promise not to bother their skunk neighbor, stating that she doesn't want to deal with a stinky husband when she returns home. Joey then says he can't even imagine getting married right now and that he can't even commit to a social media director. He tells them he'd be delighted to answer questions about his good friend BoJack. BoJack goes on to tell Mr. Peanutbutter that he might believe hes being selfless by not confessing his guilt, but bottling it up makes everything worse because the guilt will eventually come out in other ways and it will negatively impact everything. Just then, Mr. Peanutbutter gets a text from Pickles saying they have broken up forever. BoJack explains these are the clothes he went in with and didn't realize he would be going to a wedding in a year. He has the capital to start them despite never following through with them. Philbert picks up the landline phone in his bedroom, where he gets the news that the police chief was murdered. They decide, after tricking and running away from Von Trapp, to make up the nominees by looking at the list of actors. The wedding is then decided to be held at the restaurant BoJack owns on BoJack's suggestion so he has a better vantage to sabotage the wedding. Princess Carolyn tells him that he isn't tough enough for the role. She turns on a podcast which happens to be Diane's for Girl Croosh, making things awkward, especially when she brings up Mr. Peanutbutter dating Pickles, and how she's half his age. Captain Peanutbutter reveals that he has a twisted spleen and needs an operation, but it's not fatal and everything's going to be fine. Diane then says they are all trying their best. Todd and Mr. Peanutbutter strap the spaghetti strainers to their cars and drive to the disaster site. As the two approach it, BoJack says with a smile "Well looks like you finally got your crossover episode," to Mr. Peanutbutter's utter excitement. Mr. Peanutbutter tells Diane anytime he went to a Halloween party with one of his wives they would get in a huge argument, so he's glad she's so fun and easygoing and loves parties.
